Tandja Mamadou The "elected" president of Nigeria. He's a more of a military ruler than a freely elected president. there has been many accusations over the years of him rigging election. Niger is famous for it's human rights violations and Mamdou has been implicated in supporting many barbous acts over the years. Robert Mugabe Leader of Zimbabwe. His country is being ravaged by AIDs and other dieses yet he does nothing. has loosed control of the country somewhat but still has an iron grip on it. Fidel Castro The Cuban people have suffered mightily during his reign. Pervez Musharraf A military ruler who imposes martial law at will. has haulted all elections, though he claims there will be free elections this year. Has put Pakistan under military rule for years and will selfishly use funds for his own purproses. Muammar al-Qaddafi Once one of the worst world leaders he has recently begun to turn a new leaf. He no longer supports terrorism and has been fighting it as of late. but his recent good deeds do not excuse the fact that he supported terrorist groups in the past. he still has total control over Lybia and can determine any crime as a crime against the state. Hu Jintao Leader of China, the country with some of the worst human rights violations on Earth. nearly 3/4 of the people executed annual in the world are killed in China, most without a trial. Has kept military rule there and his people continually suffer. Thein Sein Leader of the military junta in control of Burma. Has apparently murdered serveral thousand monks in the past few months. in the recent uprising he cut all communications with the outside world. refuses to accept the results of a free election. Saparmurat Niyazov One of the worlds worst leaders, possible the worst leader of a country not in complete turmoil. His regime has raped, murdered and pilliaged for nearly a decade now and there is no end in sight. His party is the only one which can run for any kind of elections in Turkministan. He also supports to practice of Bride-stealing. which is considered a human rights violation by the UN. Omar al-Bashir The de facto leader of Sudan. The Sudan is the site of one of the worst human rights trageties since the haulicaust. |

Those two stupid little dunces actually don't even come close. guys who didn't make the list like Muhammed Amadinijad, Hugo Chavez, Vladimir Putin and many more outrank even the idiots we have here. Sadly, even for as shitty of a presidency as he's had, Bush is still better than half the other idiots chosen to run other countries. us sad sad humans. |
