Well, we can't have too many staff members... We now have 5 Admins and 5 Moderators. This is bad, especially with the mods... Now there are some people that I am deffinitly keeping, like my friends that were originally admins. But half the mods are hardly hear. By the End of this month, I am going to remove the moderators that weren't cut out for the job. This is going to be hard because a few of them are my friends I have known for a while, but if you aren't going to do your job I can't have you fill a spot. I also might promote a mod. Or demote an admin, so please stay active and contributing. I am still accepting staff aplications, but I am going to be more picky... Starting now. |
